Introduction

Select Account Creation Option

Visit admin.cmap.au and click the option indicating you do not have an account yet to begin the registration process.

Access Email Address Field

Click the Email Address field to prepare for entering your contact information.

Navigate to New Password Field

Proceed to the next input area to continue filling out your account details.

Proceed to Password Confirmation

Navigate to the password confirmation field to complete password setup.

Submit Email Sign-Up

Click the Sign up with Email button to submit your registration information.

Confirm Email Address

Click the confirmation link in your email to validate your address.

Access Application Login

Click the login link to access the application and proceed with your email confirmation.

Return to Application

Upon confirmation, you will be redirected to finalize the remaining onboarding steps.

Open User Profile Menu

Click the name field to input a new name.

Select Organisation Name Field

Click on the organisation name field to input your organisation's name.

Select Billing Plan

Select the billing frequency option that suits your organisation's needs.

Proceed to Payment

Click Proceed to Payment to enter your payment details.

Enter Valid Card Details

Click the card number field to input your payment card information.

Confirm Payment Details

Click the confirmation button to finalise your payment information.

Access Organisation Account

Click your organisation's name to access the account dashboard.

Open Account Settings

Click the settings option to manage your organisation's preferences.

Select Billing Section

Click the Billing tab to review payment and subscription details.

Confirm Active Subscription

Please confirm that a valid subscription has been created for your organisation. You can access and modify other billing-related information in the 'Billing Portal.'

Select Admin App

Visit www.cmap.au and click here to begin accessing the Admin App.

Select Access Admin Portal

Click 'Access Admin Portal' to navigate to the admin login page.

Enter Email Address

Enter your email address to identify your user account.

Enter Password

Enter your password to authenticate your access.

Click Sign In

Click 'Sign in with Email' to complete the login process and access the Admin App.

You'll learn how to access the web portal and securely sign in to start managing your data.

Click on C-Map ITR Web App

Visit www.cmap.au and click the link provided to proceed to the next step in accessing the portal.

Click Access Web Portal

Click 'Access Web Portal' to open the login page for C-Map ITR.

Switch To Web Portal Tab

Switch to the browser tab labeled app.cmap.au where the login form is displayed.

Enter Your Email

Click the email address field to prepare for entering your login credentials.

Enter Your Password

Fill in your password to authenticate your access to the platform.

Click Sign In Button

Click the 'Sign in' button to submit your credentials and log into C-Map ITR.

Select Your Organisation

Click the final link to complete the login process and access your workspace.

Select C-MAP Option

Visit admin.cmap.au and click C-MAP to access the specific mapping service within the platform.

Switch To C-Map Website

Switch to the app.cmap.au website to continue your session on the correct domain.

Enter Your Email Address

Please enter your email address to verify your identity. You may use the same credentials you used to log in to the Admin app.

Enter Your Password

Fill in your password to complete the authentication process.

Click Sign In Button

Click the Sign in button to access your C-Map ITR account.

Introduction

You will learn the steps to add members and assign appropriate roles efficiently.

Navigate to Members Section

Visit admin.cmap.au and click the Members section to access your organisation's member management area.

Open Invite Members Dialog

Click Invite Members to begin adding new users to your organisation.

Choose Email Invitation Method

Click Email to select the method for inviting new users via their email addresses.

Enter User Email Address

Enter the email address of the user you want to invite to your organisation.

Open Role Selection Menu

Click the role selection area to choose the appropriate role for the new member.

Select System Admin Role

Select System Admin as the role to assign administrative permissions to the invited user.

Send Invitation to User

Click Send Invites to send the invitation and complete the process of adding the new member.
