This tutorial guides you through generating a detailed report after capturing all tasks and activities for a project. You will learn how to select items, dates, add comments, preview, and download your report efficiently.
Visit the C-MAP application homepage and browse through all tasks and activities to locate the option for generating a report.

Find the option labeled 'Reports' within the application menu to proceed with report management.

Click the Reports menu to access report-related features and options.

Click on Reports and then select Create to start generating a new report.

Please enter the report title and any comments you wish to include in the generated report. Additionally, select the items to be included, specify the dates for which data should be included, and choose the report type.

Once all details are complete, click Submit to initiate the report generation process.

Here, You have the option to preview what the report will look like before creating the final version.

To review the report layout, click on Preview to view a draft of the final report.

When satisfied with the preview, click Generate Report to start the report generation job.

Report generation may take a few minutes; please wait patiently for the process to complete.

You will receive an email notification confirming the status of your generated report. Once it is ready, select your completed report from the list to access additional options. Scroll to the bottom of the report details page to find the option to download the report as a PDF.

Click "Download" to save the report and all attached files in a zip format to your device.
